Supernova Science is operated by Veto Swarm Intelligence Ltd (Company No: 17002319), a UK-registered company based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B1.

Your name and school email address (provided during registration), your exam board, key stage, and subject choices, your answers to practice questions and assignments, your flashcard review sessions and mastery scores, images you upload to NovaScan (processed and deleted after 30 days), and usage patterns within the platform.

To provide personalised learning recommendations, to enable your teacher to track your progress, to generate AI feedback on your written answers, and to send progress updates to your parent or guardian (with your teacher's authorisation).

We do not use your data for commercial profiling or advertising. Supernova Science products are ad-free.

Your teachers and school administrators, your parent or guardian (progress reports only, set by teacher), Anthropic (AI grading — data is not retained for training), and Supabase (secure UK/EU data storage).

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. Contact privacy@supernovascience.co.uk to exercise these rights.

Student data is retained for the duration of your school subscription plus 12 months, then securely deleted.
